Meriton Soleil and Macrossan Apartments at the Fortitude Valley end of Adelaide Street in Brisbane are two new high rise apartment blocks being constructed adjacent to each other. Auspat were required to set-out the shotcrete walls for the excavation and associated column footings and beams. Monitoring of surrounding structures, footpaths and roadways was also undertaken during the excavation period.
