Blackburn and Heatherdale LCRP

Project

The FMBH Level Crossing Removal Project involved the removal of four level crossings and rebuilding 4 stations. Auspat provided all survey management and field crews for the Blackburn Rd and Heatherdale Rd level crossing removals on the Lilydale line, and the reconstruction of the Blackburn and Heatherdale stations. The works involved many rail occupations highlighted by a five week long occupation to remove the level crossings during the Christmas holiday period.
