Colin McIntosh is a highly experienced survey practitioner with over 30 years in the profession. Colin was an original director of Auspat Land Survey in Hong Kong from 1996 to 2002 and was instrumental in the establishment of Auspat Land Survey Australia in 2004 as a director and shareholder.

Colin has been actively involved in many of Auspat’s large infrastructure projects as a Survey Manager working hands on with Auspat’s team of surveyors. Colin has pushed the training and development of their staff through the last 20 years in both Hong Kong and Australia.

He has been involved in some of the biggest road, rail and bridge projects in Australia in his role as a Survey Manager. Colin has over 30 years working a qualified surveyor.

Colin graduated from Melbourne University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Surveying degree and completed his Graduate Diploma in Surveying Practice from QUT in 1994. He is registered as an Engineering Surveying Professional with SSSI and is registered as a Licensed Surveyor in Victoria.

Paul Banks, a skilled surveyor with 30 years international experience, was the founder and director of Auspat Land Survey in Hong Kong from 1996 to 2004. In 2004, Paul returned from Hong Kong and established Auspat Land Survey Australia as director and shareholder.

Paul oversees the day-to-day issues that arise on some of Australia's biggest infrastructure projects, travelling extensively to provide his experience to support Auspat survey teams in the field. Paul ensures that projects are completed to the highest standards of accuracy and delivered on time, ensuring total client satisfaction.

Paul is passionate about being involved in the most technically advanced and uniquely challenging projects, harnessing the expertise of the Auspat team of professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes. 

Since obtaining his CERT IV Surveying, Paul has gained extensive practical experience on local and international survey assignments.
